siri download freeHappy Thursday! No food pics today, my daytime meals were redundant, and by the time we had dinner it was way too dark for a decent shot. I’m ready for summer sunlight for sure.
Breakfast: Last round of Buffalo Egg Muffins; packed them in a container to take to work.
Lunch: Spaghetti Squash Bolognese (see a pattern here? Lots of prep work early in the week means healthy leftovers ready to go for busy work days!)
Dinner: We have a break in the weather, so I’m enlisting the husband for some grilling ~ Burger Night!
Late Snack: After dinner had settled, I was feeling those sneaky sugar cravings. I went with 1/2 a green apple and some almond butter and was totally happy.
