Dinner: Zoodles with pepperoni pizza sauce. I have no idea what got me craving pepperoni, and since pizza is kinda challenging during these 3 weeks, I decided to make a red sauce with 1# of grass-fed beef seasoned with garlic, red pepper flakes and oregano, lots of onions and bell pepper, and a can of Muir Glen organic pizza sauce (no sugar!). I doctored the sauce with extra spices, some bone broth and spooned it over a big pile of zucchini noodles. Total comfort food.snaptube for windows 8Daily Steps: I hit the cardio machines at the gym for a quick 20 minutes before a short leg workout. Happy to say I managed over 9900 steps. So close to 10k, I think I will make that my new goal starting on Saturday.
