Ugh. Today went all kinds of wonky at work due to a Microsoft update to Windows 10 that knocked me out of any internet connection. As with most modern offices, I rely heavily on internet access for so much of what I do, so fixing (ha!) this was a priority, and the rest of my planned tasks went unfinished. By end of day, I had no internet connectivity, a big pile of important paperwork untouched, and a frustrated, defeated feeling. I knew I had to walk away and come back fresh another day. Fingers crossed on this one.

Daily Steps: Yeah, sitting at a desk giving my computer grumpy face all day didn’t do much for my mood, or my steps. I ducked into the gym after work for 20 minutes just to walk a little, but only made 7400 steps by bedtime. Still going to up my step goal to 10,000, starting tomorrow, hopefully I get some easy walking in, even with the storms we are expecting.
