Krista lives in the heart of Sonoma County, surrounded by a bounty of local farms and ranchers. Food has always played a large role in her life, and she believes strongly in the value of prioritizing high quality, nourishing foods as the foundation of your diet.
After many years spent reading and researching food and nutrition, shopping local markets, food-related travel, and endless kitchen experimentation, Krista knew she wanted to share her knowledge about the connection between a nutrient-dense diet and overall health and physical and mental wellness.
Krista’s lifelong interest in food and nutrition led her to study at The Nutritional Therapy Association to become a certified Nutritional Therapy Consultant. She continues to lead local nutrition programs, work with and support athletes who seek to optimize their fitness performance, and assist clients who simply wish to improve their energy, well-being, and quality of life.
When Krista isn’t working – or dreaming about food – she can often be found with her nose in a book, lifting weights at the gym, working in the garden or just chilling with her family and friends.
