In-home, 2 hour personal cooking lesson designed around your nutritional needs. I do the planning and shopping, we tackle the hands-on cooking together. I design lessons to focus on foundational skills and nourishing, family style meals. When we’re done, you’ll have a fridge stocked with 3 new dishes and the recipes and techniques to expand on in the future. *Food costs will vary depending on the menu, and I will work within the budget we agree on.
Health begins in the home. If you aren’t sure where to start, a pantry and fridge cleanse can be a powerful step. No judgement here, just information to help you implement the changes you want to make. During your 1 hour kitchen makeover, we will discuss healthy fats and cooking oils, processed and prepared foods, quality condiments, and cooking ideas. I will provide ideas for alternate food choices and information on healthy pantry staples.
