I offer personalized Performance Nutrition Coaching for individuals who have a solid foundation of good health, but wish to achieve specific performance or aesthetic goals. I am available to assist with optimizing macronutrient ratios and timing, supporting sports and fitness performance, and refining body composition.
COMPLIMENTARY INTERVIEW
This brief interview gives me a chance to understand your goals, and learn about your current health status. This also gives you a chance to make sure that you are ready to commit to and implement a personalized nutrition plan using a whole food, nutrient dense approach. You will receive a Food Journal and Health History Questionnaire to complete and return before our first coaching session.
INITIAL MEETING AND NUTRIENT REVIEW
During our first meeting we will look closely at your current lifestyle, nutrition and training in order to develop a plan to best support your athletic and aesthetic goals. We will review your completed Health Questionnaire and Food Journal. Within 24 hours, you will receive personalized nutritional recommendations, suggested meal ideas as needed, and any appropriate lifestyle, exercise and supplement suggestions.
PERFORMANCE COACHING PACKAGE
This 3 month package includes an Initial Meeting and Review, and 3 Follow Up coaching sessions. This package includes an analysis of your current diet, review of food journal and health history, and a personalized plan to help achieve your goals. Choosing a package program allows me to develop a progressive and thorough plan, and to further customize recommendations as we see how your body and performance respond.
