NUTRITIONAL THERAPY

Nutritional Therapy aims to identify nutritional deficiencies and system imbalances, and help strengthen them through proper diet, supplements and lifestyle changes. By supporting the foundations of health, we can balance and heal the body. I am available to assist you with weight and fat loss goals, digestive health, blood sugar regulation, anti-inflammatory and autoimmune management, and reaching optimal wellness with respect to your bio-individuality. My Nutritional Therapy clients also receive any appropriate coaching with regard to macronutrient ratios, athletic performance and body composition.



PRELIMINARY INTERVIEW – Complimentary

This interview provides me the opportunity to understand your health concerns and goals, and determine how to best support your well being. It also gives you the chance meet me, understand my approach, and ask any specific questions you may have. I will provide you with comprehensive intake forms to complete before our Initial Consultation.


INITIAL CONSULTATION

The Initial Consultation is a time of in-depth information gathering and evaluation. We will discuss your health history, and review your completed nutritional questionnaire and food journal in detail. You will receive my personalized nutritional recommendations for you, along with any appropriate supplemental and lifestyle suggestions. My recommendations will reflect your current nutritional needs, and provide a template to improve and support your healing and wellness. Though you won’t get the detailed information that you would in a multi-session approach, you will get a chance to see if Nutritional Therapy is right for you without a larger initial commitment. You may upgrade to a package at any point during this session, and credit the price of this session toward the package of your choice.


MINI WELLNESS  PACKAGE

This introductory package includes an Initial Consultation and 2 Follow Up Meetings. This plan will be tailored to address your specific health needs, and our follow up meetings will help keep you involved and moving forward to reach your health goals.


3 MONTH WELLNESS  PACKAGE

This 3 month package includes a 90 minute Initial Consultation, 4 private Follow Up Meetings, and unlimited email support. This plan will be tailored to address your specific health needs, and our regular follow up meetings will help keep you involved, and moving forward to reach your health goals. Choosing a wellness package program allows me to develop a progressive and thorough plan, and to further customize recommendations as we see how your body and mind respond to the efforts you put in.


FOLLOW UP or SINGLE SESSION MEETINGS

Follow Up appointments are an integral part of the process. Staying in communication is vital to reaching the results you seek. Follow Up meetings allow us to assess progress and give me the opportunity to make any necessary modifications to your eating plan and supplement regimen. Follow Up appointments can be booked/paid for in 15 minute increments, and may be done in person or by Skype/telephone, as best fits your needs.


SUPPLEMENT PROTOCOLS

Wellness programs will always be most effective when combined with a personalized supplement protocol. I use professional grade supplements in my practice, and will provide you with my targeted recommendations based on your individual needs. While dietary choices play an incredibly important role in maintaining wellness, in today’s world, health is often compromised to a point where food alone cannot heal the condition. I will always work with each client’s situation, and develop the most efficient plan possible to restore wellness. While certain digestive supplements may need to be included on an ongoing basis, most of my personalized Supplement Protocols will run a course of 2 – 4 months. All applicable Supplement Protocols will be included in your Nutritional Therapy package.

  • When the fridge is bare but you gotta eat breakfast before the grocery trip. 3 pastured 🍳, 2 cups of 🥦, and a little 🍅, 🌱, and 🥑. I can’t lie, normally there would be tortillas and some raw cheddar, but keeping this all #whole30 and #21dsd.
  • Wanted to get a full meal prep pic, but the sun is setting and half of my food is still in the works! Kabocha squash is roasting, ginger zucchini soup simmering, and garlic baby potatoes in the works.

In this picture we have mini fritattas for easy husband breakfasts, crispy baked chicken thighs (skin on, duh), zoodles and spicy red sauce (freezing half of a double batch for busy days ahead), lightly steamed broc and cauli, 5 minute magic green sauce (from Pinch of Yum, google it!), plus the start of some washed/cut raw veggies. Should be done by 5, and off to a great start for the week! 
Meats and eggs all from local farms, and all organic veg. Keeping my home-cooked meals dialed in, so I have zero stress when I splurge on some holiday treats in the future 🍫🌮🍷🍕🍩
